Same old

Woohoo. Big day today. Chinese O levels just ended, and I think I did quite well with my paper 1, writing two and a quarter for my essay, and doing 1 and a half for my letter. Throw in loads of phrases and that might actually help me score well. (: Paper 2, different story. Gah. I gave my mother to check through after the exams, and for close passage, I got 3 marks. Heh. Next, the MCQs, I got 0 for the first passage and about half of the second and third passage right. That, added with my open ended questions, hopefully ended my paper 2 with either a close pass or a close failure.

Learnt that my maid is going home today. ): Technically, her flight is tomorrow as it is a night flight (Or morning if you will), at 4 am or something like that. She would be off one month before she would come back. And her duties are now, thankfully split between the 4 of us, like taking care of the dog, cleaning the house, cooking and washing clothes. My mother would be far too busy working and my father is in Abu Dhabi.

Went out today to Tampines to the new mall, tampines one with a budget in mind of 70-ish. Came back home with a new phone, a new broadband line secured, and also the pre-order. Oh that and also throw in a small little toy we gave to my maid so she can bring it home as a gift to her son. Total is more than 400. Shucks. I really need to stop breaking my wallet. Speaking of wallets, I walked past the wallet shop at tampines mall, and they had awesome wallets! "Shoo! No money in here" was one that caught my eye. But I most loved the "This is my wallet. There are many like it but this is mine." (: Internal layout exactly like my current wallet, without the broken seam of course. Heh. Gotta lay my hands on that wallet some time soon.

Phone! I got a samsung F480. Small, handy touch screen phone, quite slim as well, thought it can't compare with the phone it is replacing. 5.0 megapixel thought, pretty handy since I'm just a student (:
